Q. What type of lessons do you offer?
A. The following is a list of everything we can train you to achieve your goals in:

Q. I’ve never done lessons before, what is different than the classes?
A. While our classes are AWESOME (We like to be humble), extra attention to any skill is always beneficial. The class format is an incredible way to learn about different styles, and practice your techniques with different training partners. However, through our personal training, we take even the most seasoned professional and help them advance their game. The lessons are completely customized to YOU! You tell us what you’d like to achieve, and we give you the coaching necessary.
Q. What ages do you train?
A. With our extremely diverse coaching staff, we are able to teach everyone from ages 5 & up. Currently our clients range from 6 years old to 55 years old! Martial Arts and physical fitness training is for EVERYONE!
Q. How long are the sessions and how often do I train?
A. The length of sessions ranges from 30 minute-2 Hour long sessions. Your goals, availability, and budget will determine your program. Our number one priority is your success and there is a program for every body.
Q. Who is my Coach and will they always be the same?
A. You can select a specific Coach to work with (Bio’s are found in our Meet The Coaches page). If you have no specific preference, we will assign you the Coach we believe will be the best fit for you! Whoever your Coach ends up being, they will remain the same for as long as you choose!
